You can cancel your order within 24 hours of booking. Any cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of order cancellation. Please note that payment gateway/transaction charges are non-refundable. The balance amount, after deducting these charges, will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the event of a duplicate payment for the same order, we will refund one of the transactions within 7 days via the same payment method. Please note that payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
